What is included in Cilurzo Hospitality?
Five modules under one login: Reservations (table bookings), Orders (online and QR ordering), Events (ticketing), Planning (staff scheduling) and Foodcost (margin per dish). You combine whatever you need.
How exactly does the pricing work?
Every paid module — Reservations, Orders, Events or Planning — is €79 a month, with Foodcost included free. So two modules is €158, three is €237. Want the lot? Ultimate is €250 a month: cheaper than the four bought separately (€316), and it covers every module we add later. All prices exclude VAT, per venue, with no commission on your revenue.
Do you charge commission on my revenue?
Never. Every module runs on a flat monthly fee — no per-cover fee, no per-order commission, no per-ticket cut.
Can I try it first?
Yes: 14 days free, no credit card required. On top of that, every module keeps a permanently free Lite tier.
Is Cilurzo available in English?
Yes. The whole platform runs in English and Dutch, and guest-facing pages — booking, ordering and ticketing — additionally support French.
Who is it built for?
Independent restaurants, bistros, bars, brasseries and small groups that want to own their guest relationship instead of renting it from a marketplace.
What is the "agentic web", in plain language?
Instead of searching, clicking and filling in a form, people ask an assistant and it arranges things for them. The agentic web is the version of the internet where that assistant can actually act — book a table, buy a ticket, place an order — rather than only talk about it. Cilurzo makes your venue one of the places where that is possible.
Which assistants can book with me?
Any assistant that speaks MCP — Claude and ChatGPT among them. Because it is an open standard rather than a private integration, an assistant released next year works without any change on your side.
Can an assistant fill my diary with fake bookings?
No. An assistant can only request what a guest could request on your own page, and even that only becomes real after a payment or a click in a real inbox. Unconfirmed requests expire after two hours, and there are rate limits per address and per guest email across all bookings.
What does all this AI reachability cost extra?
Bookings through AI assistants cost nothing extra — they are part of every plan, the free Lite tier included. The WhatsApp and phone assistants are part of Ultimate and of the 14-day trial; for the phone assistant the telecoms minutes are charged on at cost.
