What restaurateurs ask us before they start.

How is this different from Deliveroo or Uber Eats?

Those marketplaces keep a double-digit percentage of every order and own the customer relationship. With Cilurzo the guest orders directly from you: a flat monthly fee, zero commission, and the customer data stays yours.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. They scan the QR code on the table or open your ordering link in any browser. No download, no account, no friction.

Can I keep using Deliveroo and Uber Eats as well?

Yes. Cilurzo Orders integrates with both, so those orders also land on your kitchen display. Most restaurants keep the marketplaces for reach and gradually move regulars to their own commission-free channel.

How quickly do I get paid?

Online payments run through your own Mollie account, so payouts reach you directly on Mollie's normal schedule — Cilurzo never holds your money.

What does the kitchen actually see?

A live display with every open order, its channel (table, takeaway or delivery), the requested time and a countdown.

Can guests order and pay at the table?

Yes — that is what QR ordering is for. The guest scans, orders and pays from their own phone, and the order goes to the kitchen with the table number attached.

What is the "agentic web", in plain language?

Instead of searching, clicking and filling in a form, people ask an assistant and it arranges things for them. The agentic web is the version of the internet where that assistant can actually act — book a table, buy a ticket, place an order — rather than only talk about it. Cilurzo makes your venue one of the places where that is possible.

Can an AI assistant send an order to my kitchen?

Only once it has been paid for, or confirmed by the guest from her own inbox. Until then the order exists nowhere: not on the kitchen display, not in your revenue, not on a printed ticket.

Can an assistant fill my diary with fake bookings?

No. An assistant can only request what a guest could request on your own page, and even that only becomes real after a payment or a click in a real inbox. Unconfirmed requests expire after two hours, and there are rate limits per address and per guest email across all bookings.

What does all this AI reachability cost extra?

Bookings through AI assistants cost nothing extra — they are part of every plan, the free Lite tier included. The WhatsApp and phone assistants are part of Ultimate and of the 14-day trial; for the phone assistant the telecoms minutes are charged on at cost.
